Order from Amazon

Dear Friends.

This month “The Vibrant Life” is available on Amazon and wherever books are sold!

My passion is to de-mystify meditation and make it accessible to people. My approach is gentle, non-sectarian, relaxed and informal. My premise is that in today's world meditation isn't an esoteric practice or a luxury; it's a necessary survival skill.

The book is perfect for people who have always wanted to meditate but who don't have time, think they can't do it, and don't want another regimen in their lives. I imagine many of you reading this message might feel that way! It’s also appropriate for experienced meditators, providing methods for integrating meditation into everyday life.

My analogy for sending this little book out into the big world is that of the tiny blade of grass making its way through the cracks in the concrete.

You can help this little blade of grass flourish. In the coming month, I am asking everyone who values the work I do to help me send this book out into the wider world. I want to see it on the shelves of bookstores everywhere, I have a vision of all kinds of people everywhere receiving into their lives the great help that very simple meditation can bring. I’d like to see it in airports and grocery stores, in little independent bookstores and the big chains, in places where people who never thought of meditating might pick it up and have a door open.

Here’s how you can help. Take a moment to order it from Amazon. Go to your local bookstore and ask them to order it. If you will, announce it to your personal email list. Give it as a gift. Do anything you can think of to spread the word this month and in June.

And most of all, keep it for yourself, close by, to turn to for inspiration and guidance, for that infusion of energy that helps you take the next step on your path, that helps you know your unique and precious self more deeply and thoroughly.

From the depths of my heart, thank you!

Here’s a little message from the book for you.

“Both modern science and ancient wisdom teach us that everything is interconnected in the great web of life. Chief Seattle’s often-quoted statement that what we do to the web, we do to ourselves, is also true in reverse: what we do to ourselves, we do to the web. This means that as we tend to ourselves with care, attention, and understanding, the effect ripples outward. As we learn to work with our energy—to understand it, conserve it, and use it effectively—we not only develop our inner resources, we also become more aware of how we use the resources in our environment. We experience greater peace in ourselves and in our immediate surroundings. As we experience greater balance in our own lives, we bring greater balance to the world in which we live.”
